Why the Foundation Exists
The Ruma Foundation was established on a simple but powerful conviction: that every young African deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and opportunities needed to build a meaningful life — regardless of where they were born.
Founded by Dr. Babangida Ruma, the Foundation channels his decades of experience in youth advocacy, technology entrepreneurship, and government service into structured programs that create lasting change. Every initiative we run is designed to be scalable, measurable, and community-led.
